Workstyle Labs are action-oriented workshops grounded in academic research and designed to refresh the way your people think about work. Each half-day lab is hosted in person by one of our Geeks - a world-leader in their field. Each lab includes a keynote, hands on exercises, and plenary learning sessions.

diagnostic
We use our proprietary diagnostic tool to assesses organisational design readiness against the Workstyle Model. The output is a bespoke report that is used as the basis for future strategy and implementation projects to optimise your ways of working.
Through the diagnostic process, we gather input from leaders and individuals within the organisation and identify areas of strength and weakness of the organisation against our model.
Overall scores are reported and segmented into personal productivity, leadership capability and organisational environment incorporating purpose, culture and structure.
Qualitative interviews are conducted where possible to add deeper insights to the quantitative narrative.
