ABOUT THE STUDY
The Workstyle Monitor sponsored by Jabra is a longitudinal research study in collaboration with King's College London looking at ways of working - and specifically autonomy and trust - and their relationship with employee wellbeing, productivity and inclusion.
By taking part, your organisation will contribute to a growing evidence base shaping the future of work. You will join a community of employers committed to improving working life through robust, quantitative insight.
Ways of working
We’ll explore the day-to-day patterns, practices and norms that shape how work actually happens, including looking more closely at how technology is enabling the personalisation of work.
Autonomy and trust
We’ll assess experiences of autonomy and trust at work, and how these relate to engagement and performance.
Wellbeing
We’ll measure the factors most associated with sustainable wellbeing at work over time.
Personal productivity
We’ll look at perceived productivity and the conditions that support consistent, high-quality output.
Inclusion
We’ll measure whether people feel able to contribute, belong and progress, and what workplace behaviours support this.
