ABOUT THE

STUDY

The Workstyle Monitor sponsored by Jabra provides annual data through a longitudinal research study designed with King’s College London.

Participating employers are shaping the future of work with authentic, year-on-year insights into how people are working in the age of AI, the role of trust and autonomy and the effect on wellbeing, productivity and inclusion.

Wellbeing

Measuring the factors most associated with sustainable wellbeing at work over time.

Personal productivity

Tracking personal productivity and the conditions that support consistent, high-quality output.

Inclusion

Seeing whether people feel able to contribute, belong and progress, and what workplace behaviours support this.

WHAT WE’RE MEASURING

Working with technology

Recording the day-to-day patterns, practices and norms that shape how work actually happens alongside the adoption of AI and voice technologies.

Autonomy & Trust

Assessing the experiences of autonomy and trust at work, and how these relate to ways of working and key performance measures.

HOW IT WORKS

Participation timing

One survey wave per year, open for a four-week period, starting in May 2026 and repeated annually for at least five years.

Time commitment

No more than 20 minutes per employee, per year. Supporting internal communications wording and engagement assets are provided to each employer.

Who can take part

No minimum number of participants. The more employees who take part, the stronger the insights.

Why Participate?

  1. Recognition as a participant in a landmark national study, with the option for employers to be named in the annual report

  2. Early access to findings and insights

  3. Invitations to high-level celebration moments, including events at the UK Houses of Parliament

  4. If more than 100 employees from your organisation take part, we will share a bespoke, top-line anonymised insight summary for your organisation compared to the overall dataset, each year
