The world of work is changing faster than ever.
Everyone has an opinion.
Organisations need something more reliable.
Designed in partnership with King’s College London, the Workstyle Monitor provides a consistent, independent measure of how work is really changing.
Because refreshing work starts with clarity.
Take part and receive insight into how your organisation compares, plus access to research and findings.
The Workstyle Monitor is longitudinal research that monitors change to the way people work over time.
Participating employers are shaping the future of work with authentic, year-on-year insights into how people are working in the age of AI, the role of trust and autonomy and the effect on wellbeing, productivity and inclusion.
Results are published annually, with individual reporting available for employers who achieve our minimum level of participation.
Participation and basic organisational report are FREE.
